Our company is located in Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province, which is nearby Shanghai Port. As a professional enterprise engaged in die forging, we have passed ISO9001 International Quality System Certification.
We have nine production lines of 100T, 160T, 300T (2 sets), 400T (2 sets), 630T, 1000T friction presses and 600T hot press forging and associated equipment, with annual production output of 6000T or more. The design of product and mould widely adopts CAD/CAE technology and applies CAM technology to finish the manufacture of moulds by numerical control machining center.
We are equipped with quality detection equipment such as material chemical analyzer, 60T tension tester and infrared temperature controller, experienced inspectors and perfect quality inspection methods to assure product quality.
